Checking the Solenoid Coils

Some locations may choose to do this procedure on a more frequent basis (i.e., quarterly, semi-annually, or other frequency).

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

1. Remove power from the fryer.

2. Remove the solenoid wires from the wire nuts which are found behind the control panel.

3. Check across wires.

208/240 Volt, 50 Hertz	230 Ohms
