Combi Steam Diverter Kit Installation

The default position for the steam outlet nozzle is on the rear of the Combi oven. In some kitchens, the steam needs to be released in the front of the oven. The steam diverter kit will redirect the steam output towards the front of the oven.

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result.

Follow these instructions for installation:

  1. Turn power to unit off.

  2. Ensure unit is cool to the touch.

  3. Remove 2 slotted screws from top cover on front, left side of unit when facing front of unit. Set screws aside for later use.

  4. Place steam diverter on top of the unit and insert short tube facing downward into steam outlet tube on rear of unit.

  5. Align brace on front of diverter over 2 holes on front of unit.

  6. Replace 2 slotted screws removed in step 3.

  7. Installation is complete and should look like the picture above. Unit can now be returned to service.
