Cleaning the FDS

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result. |

NOTICE - |
To avoid equipment damage, do not clean stainless steel with abrasive tools, abrasive cleaners or corrosive chemicals. |

NOTICE - |
To avoid component damage, do not use pressurized water or a steam cleaner to clean unit. |

Turn off all controls and disconnect electrical supply to the unit.

Remove grid insert.
FDS 100 and 200 FDS 210

Remove drip pan from unit and take to a sink.

Clean drip pan and grid insert thoroughly.

Clean the exterior with a cloth, soap and water.

Thoroughly dry the grid insert and drip pan, then place them back into the unit.
