To avoid property damage, do not use puncture unit with tools during unpacking.

Heavy Object

Take care when moving the fryer to prevent personal injury. The fryer weighs approximately: 340 lb (154 kg) 374 lb (170 kg)

NOTICE -

Any shipping damage should be noted in the presence of the delivery agent and signed prior to his or her departure. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard .

NOTICE -

To avoid equipment damage, remove filter pan , before removing unit from pallet.

  1. Cut the band from around the bottom of the carton.

  2. Lift the carton from the fryer.

  3. Open the lid of the fryer and remove the basket and all accessories.

    Tilt Fryer

  4. Lay the fryer on its side, resting it in supports.

  5. Remove the four leg bolts from the wooden shipping base. Remove and discard the wooden base.

  6. Thread the shipping bolts back into the legs to provide leveling adjustment feet.

  7. If ordered, install casters into the legs with the locking casters in front.

  8. Place fryer in an upright position.

  9. Prepare the deadweight assembly for operation.

    1. Unscrew the deadweight cap (1).

    2. Remove the round deadweight (2).

    3. Remove and discard the shipping support (3).

    4. Clean the deadweight orifice with a dry cloth.

    5. Replace the deadweight and secure the deadweight cap.

  10. Open lid and remove packing and racks from inside of vat.

  11. Remove the protective paper from the fryer cabinet. It is necessary to clean exterior surface with a damp cloth.
