Installing the Caster Shims

Tip Risk To prevent personal injury and/or damage to equipment: Holding cabinet must be level. Use only shim kit part number 140619 to level cabinet. Do not use shims thicker than ½ inch under each caster on the same side of holding cabinet for leveling. Do not use shims on both sides of the cabinet. Do not use shims on a level floor.

Heavy Object Take care when moving the unit to prevent personal injury. The units weigh approximately 500 lbs (227 kg).

The following steps requires a two person lift to prevent injury or damage to the appliance.

1. Remove all trays, product, and loose items from cabinet.

   

2. Lay cabinet on the floor as shown.

3. Remove ONLY 1 caster at a time. Failure to do so will make it necessary to completely take apart unit to re-install casters.

4. Place the appropriate number of shims under caster and re-attach caster.

5. Repeat for all four casters.

6. Return unit to it’s original upright position.
