Replacing the Control Panel or PC Board

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. A qualified technician must perform the service procedures. |
The complete control panel assembly can be replaced, or just the PC board. Follow steps 1 & 2 for the complete panel and continue with the remaining steps for the PC Board replacement.

Using a crosshead screwdriver, remove the 4 screws securing the front panel.

Pull connectors from back of panel and remove panel. Install complete panel in reverse order. When installing the PC board, continue to step 3.

Using 5/16" socket, remove the 4 nuts securing the control cover and remove cover.

Pull the connectors from PC Board.

Using 5/16" socket, remove the nuts securing the PC board and remove board.

Install new PC board in reverse order and unit is now ready for use.
