Erasing Product Programming

In Velocity (PXE-100 and OXE-100) software version 1.56 or later, a Tech Mode Initialization (Init) will no longer erase the menus, products, or setpoints stored in the fryer. This is to ensure that the cook settings are not accidentally erased while resetting the board.

Erasing ALL programmed products:

Press and hold the menu button until “*Main*” displays.
Press the menu button once to scroll to second page.
Press the button next to “4.PROG”.
Select the button for “1.PRODUCTS”.
Enter code 1-2-3.
Press the menu button once to go into the Options menu.
Press the menu button once to scroll to the second page.
Select the button for “4.ERASE ALL”.
Select the flashing button next to YES.
Press and hold the menu button until it exits the menu.
