Replacing the Control Board Transformer

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

Remove electrical power supplied to fryer.
Open the control panel. Locate the control transformer connectors and disconnect from the control board.
Use a cross-tip head screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the transformer.
Install new transformer.
