Replacing the Heat Contactor

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

The transformer reduces voltage down to accommodate those components with low voltage.

1. Ensure power is removed from the fryer.

2. Use a cross-tip head screwdriver to remove two screws in in the front of the control panel.

3. Rotate the panel down and remove if necessary.

4. Remove the wires from the contactor.

5. Use a cross-tip head screwdriver to remove the screws securing the high limit module.

6. Install the new module, reconnect the wires, and install the control panel.

7. Test the new high limit module to ensure it works properly.
