Replacing the Heat Contactor

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |
The transformer reduces voltage down to accommodate those components with low voltage.

Ensure power is removed from the fryer.

Use a cross-tip head screwdriver to remove two screws in in the front of the control panel.

Rotate the panel down and remove if necessary.

Remove the wires from the contactor.

Use a cross-tip head screwdriver to remove the screws securing the high limit module.
-
Install the new module, reconnect the wires, and install the control panel.

Test the new high limit module to ensure it works properly.
