Replacing the Hose Reel for Hand Shower on SmartCombis and ClassicCombis

Overview

Below is the Scope of Work required for replacing the hose reel for hand showers on the Smart / Classic Combi Oven.

Procedure

Preparing to Replace

1. Disconnect unit from power supply.

2. Close water tap on site and relieve pressure on the supply site.

3. Remove left side panel and open front panel.

4. Turn hand shower from the hose.

Disassembling at 615, 620, 115 and 120

1. Remove water supply connection from the hose reel.

   

2. Take out heat sink with solid state relays by removing two screws. Fasten heat sink with cable fastener, if necessary.

3. Disconnect all electrical connections (transformer, cooling fan, ground).

   

4. Remove mounting screws from the hose reel box.

   

5. Remove hose reel box from the left.

   

6. Remove both five hose reel mounting screws and hose reel box.

   

7. Remove the hose reel.

Disassembling at 215 and 220

1. Remove water supply connection from the hose reel.

   

2. Disconnect electrical connections from the lower cooling fan.

3. Loosen nuts and remove cover plate (7).

4. Remove hose reel mounting screws at the hose reel box (8).

5. Remove hose reel (9).

Assembling

Follow the steps in reverse order.
