Can the seal between the metal door frame and the glass be repaired?
Procedure
To activate the grease collection system while cooking:

Access the Service /Settings Menu with code 1967.

Go to Parameters setting.

Parameter 083 for Grease Collection and select "Read".

Change the setting from 0 to 1 and then select "Write".

After writing the setting, power cycle the unit.
In Manual Cooking mode, the option for Grease Collection should be below fan speed. This setting can only be used in Combi or Convection modes.
