HCW Window Assembly Installation Instructions

Remove end panel screws and end panels.

Remove shoulder screws and lower door glass.

Remove window bracket screws.

Remove window/bracket assembly. Due to factory applied thread locking compound, any or all of the nutserts for these screws may spin out upon disassembly. If this occurs remove the nutsert and discard. Hex keps nuts are supplied in the kit for reassembly purposes.

Remove side pivot screws, side pivots and nutplates.

Remove door stop screws and door stops.

Thread #8-32 x 3/8 in. crosstip truss head screws into nutserts. This is used to retain the window brackets.

Hang window assembly in place on installed screws.

Install #1/4-20 x 1/2 crosstip truss head screws (supplied) through window assembly bracket and existing door stop holes (2 places).

Affix #1/4-20 hex keps nuts to these screws.

Align window assembly and tighten all fasteners.

Install end panels and end panel screws.

Unit is now ready for use.
