Replacing the Thermometer

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

Remove electrical power supplied to the cabinet.
Remove the control side end panel.
Remove the sensor bulb by removing bulb retainer and pulling on the capillary tube.
Remove the nuts holding the mounting brackets on the back of thermometer housing. Push the thermometer through the control panel.
Install a new thermometer in reverse order.
Replace the end panel.
Turn on the power supply at the breaker box.
