Stats Mode
The TECH Mode has self-diagnostic information, which can be used by certified technicians for troubleshooting purposes.
Entering the TECH Mode:

Press and hold Temperature button and Info button for 5 seconds, until ”LEVEL 3” displays , followed by “ENTER CODE”.

Enter code 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 2 (first 2 product buttons). “A. TECH” & “RESETS” displays.

Press the Down arrow button 6 timesand when display shows “G. STATS”, press right √ button and “ST-1 LAST RESET ON...” displays, first step of the TECH Mode. Use the Down arrow button and up arrow button to toggle through the steps.
Press the right X button twice, at anytime to return to normal operation.
