Replacing the Autolift PC Board

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

  1. Remove electrical power supplied to the unit.

  2. Remove the control panel above the switch.

  3. Disconnect connectors from PC board.

  4. Use a crosstip head screwdriver to remove the 2 screws securing the autolift PC board bracket to the frame and remove bracket from unit. The right screw needs to disconnect the ground wire, but the left screw can be loosened and the bracket slid forward to be removed through the slots.

  5. Use a 5/16 in. nut-driver or wrench to remove the 4 nuts securing the autolift PC board to the bracket and remove PC board from bracket.

  6. Install new panel.
