Replacing the Speaker Assembly

The speaker assembly emits audible signals to let the operator know when cooking and hold times are finished.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

  1. Remove electrical power supplied to the unit.

  2. Remove the control panel.

  3. Pull the power switch connector from back of panel.

  4. Pull the transformer connectors from back of panel.

  5. Use a 5/16 in. nut-driver or wrench to remove the 4 nuts securing the PC board shield pull shield from studs.

  6. Pull the speaker connector from control board.

  7. Use a 5/16 in. nut-driver or wrench to remove the 2 nuts securing the speaker to the shield and remove speaker from panel.

  8. Install new speaker.
