Testing and Replacing the Fuse Holders

multimeter
There are two fuse holders on each model of the electric fryers. There are no fuse holder assemblies for the gas models other than that at the main power source.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

To check or change fuse, unscrew black fuse holder cap.

Remove the control panel and pull the wires from the fuse holder terminals.

Using a multimeter or continuity light, check across the terminals

If not, replace the fuse or fuse holder.
