To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Ensure power is removed from the fryer.

Use a cross-tip head screwdriver to remove the two screws in the front of the control panel.

Rotate the control panel down and remove if necessary.

Trace the wire(s) from the transformer to the connection on the AIF board, and remove.

Use cross-tip head screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the transformer.

Install the new transformer, reconnect the wire(s) to the AIF board and then install the control panel.

Test the new part to ensure it works properly.
