Burn Risk Do not attempt this procedure while the fryer is in use or the vat is hot. Severe burns may result. Only perform this procedure when the fryer is cool and disconnected from the power source. |

Ensure the oil is drained from the vat and filter pan.

Remove the filter pan.

Remove power from the fryer.

Remove the right-side panel to access the filter pump motor.

Use an adjustable wrench to disconnect the flex lines form the inlet and outlet sides of the JIB / ATO filter pump.

Use a wrench to remove the two locknuts holding the JIB / ATO pump cover to the mount (base) to access the wiring.

Remove the pump cover and then disconnect the wiring as required.

Use a wrench to remov ethe four locknuts holding the JIB / ATO pump to the mount and then remove the JIB / ATO pump.

Insert four new grommets included with the JIB / ATO pump kit. Insert through the bottom of the JIB / ATO pump base.

Use a wrench to install the new JIB / ATO pump to the mount securing with four locknuts.

Reconnect the JIB / ATO pump wiring and then reinstall the pump cover.

Use a wrench to install the pump cover to the pump mount (base) secure with two locknuts.

Use a wrench to install the JIB / ATO pump mount (base) to the fryer's frame securing with two locknuts.

Use an adjustable wrench to connect the flex lines to the inlet and outlet sides of the JIB / ATO filter pump. Torque to 32 ft. lbs.

Replace the filter pan.

Reconnect the power.

Add oil to the vat and then run a filter cycle while checking for leaks.

If leaks are discovered, repair as necessary.

Install the right-side panel.
