Purpose
Bulk oil systems provide the F5 fryer with a method for storing disposed and supplying fresh cooking oil. Processes and communication between the external (non-Henny Penny) bulk oil system and the F5 fryer are tracked by the OMS PCB. Bulk oil processes are divided into two types, bulk dispose and bulk supply. Bulk dispose transfers used cooking oil from a vat to a used storage tank by using the F5 fryer filter pump and a connection to the bulk plumbing. Bulk supply provides fresh cooking oil from a new storage tank to the fryer by using a pump included with the bulk system and connected to the F5 plumbing. Fresh oil from the bulk supply system can be used to fill individual vats or the ATO reservoir (JIB).
