Control MAP Sequence of Operation
During fryer operation, the F5 MAP system is continually sending and receiving status messages for system components via the CAN bus. User initiated commands are received by the F5 touchscreen control and then sent as a CAN message packet to the appropriate device. Additionally, system initiated commands are also sent as a CAN message packet to the appropriate device. The control panel will display the appropriate information for that screen using the latest CAN status message values
