Shock Hazard

To avoid property damage, do not puncture unit with tools during unpacking.

Heavy Object

Take care when moving the fryer to prevent personal injury. The fryer weighs approximately:

OFE 511:302 lbs (137 kg) for full and 317 lbs (144 kg) for split vats

OFE 512:441 lbs (200 kg) for full and 472 lbs (214 kg) for split vats

OFE 513:528 lbs (240 kg) for full and 606 lbs (275 kg) for split vats

OFE 514:702 lbs (319 kg) for full and 758 lbs (344 kg) for split vats

NOTICE -

Any shipping damage should be noted in the presence of the delivery agent and signed prior to his or her departure. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard .

NOTICE -

To avoid equipment damage, remove filter pan and JIB/BIB shelf and ATO, before removing unit from pallet.

Unpacking Fryer

Cut and remove the metal bands from the carton.
Remove carton lid and lift the main carton off the fryer.
Remove corner packing supports.
Cut and remove the bands holding the fryer to the pallet, and remove fryer from pallet.
