Replacing the Air Pressure Switch
The vacuum switch senses the flow of air coming from the blower. If the airflow is reduced below a set amount, the switch cuts power to the control valve, which shuts the burners down.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Air switches are located on the rear of the fryer. Using a crosshead screwdriver, remove the 2 screws securing the outer cover and remove cover.

Label and pull wires from switch.

Pull tube from switch and using a crosshead screwdriver, remove 2 screws securing the switch to the bracket and remove switch.

Install new switch in reverse order and restore power to unit.
