Replacing the Blower Motors
The blower motor assembly creates the draft for the burners. If the blower motor fails, the air switch fails to close, causing an “E-20B” error code in the display.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Remove the bottom, rear panel.

Using a 3/8 inch socket or nut driver, remove nuts securing the blower brackets to the fryer.

Remove the brackets from the blower.

Remove the pressure tube from the blower.

Locate and cut wires and remove blower from unit.

Connect new blower motor wires to fryer using wire nuts, and install new blower motor in reverse order as above.
Before installing the bottom, rear cover, clean blower intake slots to ensure sufficient air flow to the blowers.
