Follow these instructions to replace a faulty filter pan sensor on the PQE 500 pressure fryer.

Fryer and components may still be hot if fryer has been filtering.

  1. Remove hot oil from the fryer.

  2. Turn the power switch off.

  3. Ensure fryer is cool to the touch before moving.

  4. Pull out the fryer and unplug from the power source.

  5. Access the back of the fryer.

  6. Using a 1/4 inch socket or wrench, remove the two nuts securing faulty switch.

  7. Unplug switch and remove.

  8. Install new switch.

  9. Working in Reverse, complete steps to return the fryer to service.
