Condensation Box Assembly
The deadweight valve and solenoid exhaust are directed into a condensation box located in the rear of the fryer. Should this box become clogged, water would spew from the top of the box. The box can be cleaned by running a wire or long brush from the top of the box, through the hole in the bottom of the box. The bottom of the box can be removed to clean.
