Replacing the Casters

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Discard oil from the fryer.

Remove racks from the carrier of the fryer.

Leave the lid in raised position. (This lowers the weights in the rear of the fryer to allow a low center of gravity.)

Using two floor jacks, position jacks near casters under the frame (A). Both jacks must be positioned near casters on the same side of the fryer. For example, lift both the front casters off of the ground if replacing a front caster.

Block the casters on the opposite side of the fryer with small wheel chocks.

Raise fryer approximately 2.5 inches (63 mm).

Use an adjustable wrench at B in to remove the existing caster.

Install the new caster in reverse order.
