Overview
To convert a CFE 410/420 from 208VAC to 240VAC or 480VAC, follow the procedure below.

Shock Hazard To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. Lowering the control board exposes the technician to 240 VAC electricity inside the fryer. |
Converting from 208VAC to 240VAC or 480VAC

For 480V only: add the 480V transformer 19923.

Swap the Orange and Red wires on the control board transformer.

Swap the Orange and Red wires on the AIF board transformer.

Install correct voltage circuit breakers behind the control board.

Install correct voltage elements.
