Replacing the Terminal Block
Required tools
crosshead screwdriver

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Remove electrical power supplied to the cabinet.

Remove the control side end panel.

Remove the electrical wires from the terminal block.

Remove five nuts holding the mounting plate to the end channel.

Remove the screws holding the contactor to the mounting plate.
-
Install a new terminal block in reverse order.
-
Replace the end panel.
-
Turn on the power supply at the breaker box.
