Field Troubleshooting

Does the transformer keep tripping causing the control to go dark?

1. Measure the transformer amp values.

2. If amp values are 10.5 A on 24V side and 1.5 A on 208V side, reset transformer.

3. In Tech Mode, navigate to Outputs and energize contactor.

   T-18 for Evolution Elite and T-19 for LOV.
   

4. If one trips the transformer, that is a defective contactor.

This should resolve the issue.
