Shock Hazard To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. Lowering the control board exposes the technician to 240 VAC electricity inside the fryer. |
-
Ensure the four pin connector between the power supply board and the front control has a good connection and is passing the proper voltage. Pins 1-3 should have 5 VDC and pins 2-4 should have 12 VDC.
-
Do one of the following:
-
If voltage is low, verify the proper line voltage into the power supply board.
-
If voltage is correct, replace the power supply board.
Poor grounding of the supply board can cause intermittent issues.
Ensure the power supply board is firmly mounted and there is good contact with the grounding surfaces (PCB mounting bolts) on back of board.
