Basic Programming
Entering Programming Mode
To enter the program mode, a password keystroke sequence is required. Note that when performing this sequence, the buttons must be depressed within one second of each other, If not, the control will not enter the program mode.

Press the square under the far right digit of the display.

Press the “Select Time” button.

Press the square under the far left digit of the display.

Press the “Exit Cool” button.
You are now in the program mode of the control.
Programming a Cook Cycle

While in programming mode, select the product you desire to program by pressing the cycle button next to the product.
TIME will be flashing in the function display.

Use the four change buttons beneath the display to change the displayed values. Program the starting time first.

Press the SELECT TIME button, which allows you to enter the second interval for time.

Program your second interval time. Repeat until all six interval times have been programmed.

Press the SELECT FUNCTION button.
TEMP will be flashing in the function display.

Repeat steps 4,5, and 6 until all six interval temperatures have been programmed.

Press the SELECT FUNCTION button until PRESSURE is flashing in the function display.
Digital display will read OFF and ON.

Follow steps 4, 5, and 6 until all six intervals have been programmed for pressure.
To exit program mode, press EXIT FILL button.
The above steps may be followed for interval alarms except you cannot program an interval alarm in the first interval. Refer to Special Programming Modes on factory presets for load compensation, proportional control, and filter cycle counts.
