Replacing the Heater

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. A qualified technician must perform the service procedures.

Disconnect electrical supply to unit.
Remove the cabinet top.
Remove the two screws securing the high limit to the heater, and pull high limit from heater.
Remove the two wires attached to the heater terminals.
Remove the two screws securing the heater to the heater box cover.
Remove heater from unit.
Install new heater in reverse order.
Replace the cabinet top.
Reconnect electrical supply to the cabinet.
