Replacing the Solid State Delay Timer

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. A qualified technician must perform the service procedures.

  1. Disconnect electrical supply to unit.

  2. Remove the cabinet top.

  3. Remove the two nuts securing the relay to the back of the control panel.

  4. Transfer the five relay wires, one at a time, from the old relay to the new one.

  5. Mount the new relay on the back of the control panel with the 2 nuts removed earlier.

  6. Replace the cabinet top.

  7. Reconnect electrical supply to the cabinet.
