To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment.A qualified technician must perform the installation.

The standoffs need to be replaced when a standoff is missing or broken.

  1. Turn the power switch off.

  2. Ensure unit is cool to the touch.

  3. Unplug from the power source.

  4. Using a cross tip bit, remove the four screws on top of the cabinet and remove top cap.

  5. Using a S2 square bit, remove the two screws on the bottom of the side panel where you will replace standoff.

  6. Carefully lift panel upwards and out to access broken standoff.

  7. Using a 3/8 in. socket driver, remove the broken standoff.

  8. Insert new standoff from the outside and attach using washer and nut from the inside. Torque to 20 in-lb.

    Note: Use a flat tip driver to hold standoff in place while torquing down nut.

  9. Working in reverse, complete steps 6 through 1 and return cabinet to operation.
