Field Troubleshooting

During the wave clean cycle the cleaning and rinse pump should operate at separate times. If they are not dispensing the solution, check these things:

  1. Ensure the hoses are not damaged including kinks, breaks, cuts, or obstructions in the hoses.

  2. Ensure the hoses are tightly connected to the fittings on the pumps.

  3. Verify the fittings on the pumps are not broken.

  4. Test the pumps in relay test to make sure they are getting voltage (208 VAC or 240 VAC). The cleaning pump is identified as K13 and the rinse pump is identified as K14 in the relay test menu.

  5. Do one of the following:

    • If proper power is supplied and the pump is not running, replace the pump.

    • If no power is supplied, test the F1 and F2 fuses and test for power into the A1 X15 connector of the relay board, pins 1 and 3.

    • If power is supplied into the X15 connector but not out of pin 2 for the cleaning pump or pin 4 for the rinse pump, then replace the relay board

  6. If the pumps are properly running and still not pumping any solution, then replace the hose assembly on the pump.

  7. Ensure the correct hose is being used for cleaning and rinse solutions.

The red hose is for rinse agent .

The blue hose is for cleaning agent.

NOTE: Each cleaning cycle cycle will use .04 gallons of cleaner and rinse solution, which should last for 25 cleaning cycles.
