Replacing the AIF PC Board

This electronic board controls the Automatic Intermittant Filtering process.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

1. Remove the left side panel.

2. Using a 3/8 inch socket or nut driver, remove nuts securing the cover and remove cover.

   

3. Tag and pull connectors from PC board, located behind control panel.

   

4. Using a 5/16 inch socket, remove the six nuts securing the board and remove it from the fryer.

5. Install in reverse order.

   The control connectors are colored coded; Left-Red; Middle-White; Right-Blue.
