Replacing the JIB Pump
This pump keeps the vats filled (Auto Top-Off).

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Disconnect and remove JIB and filter pan.

Using 7/8 inch wrench, disconnect line at elbow on left end of pump.

Using 7/8 inch wrench, disconnect line at front side of pump.

Hinge down center control panel, disconnect two wires at wirenuts and remove nut on ground stud.

Using 3/8 inch wrench, remove four nuts and pump assembly.

Remove fittings from faulty pump and attach fittings to the new pump, in the same orientation.

Install new pump assembly in fryer, in reverse order, and then reconnect power to fryer.
