PFG 600 C7000 Boil Out
The unit has a boil out mode which is factory pre-programmed. To enter the boil out mode, follow the instructions below.

Place keyswitch in the COOK position.

Depress the SELECT PRODUCT switch and select either IDLE or MELT.

Depress the TIMER switch.

Display will read Y for yes or N for no.

If you desire to enter the boil out mode, depress the switch below Y. Control will heat to factory’s pre-programmed boil out temperature.

If, for any reason, you do not wish to enter boil out mode, depress the switch under N.

After boil out is complete, turn power switch to the OFF position and drain contents from unit.
