Loosen allen screw and turn cam lobe slightly in either direction to adjust.

Remove two nuts and then turn ¼ counterclockwise to remove pipe between drain valve and trough.

Turn ¼ counter clockwise to remove drain valve assembly. Leave harness plugged into actuator to operate from control.

Remove four perimeter 3/32 allen screws of actuator switch cover to gain access to cam lobe adjustment screws. Do not let valve just hang from harness.

Press and hold Temp and Info buttons at the same time for 10 seconds until Level 3 Programming displays.

Enter code 11221122 when prompted.

Press Info button five times to get to Tech Mode. Then, press product number 1 button to confirm.

Press Temp button three times to get to T‐20 Pumps and Valves. Then, press product number 1 button to confirm.
-
When finished adjusting, valve press product number 2 button with X next to it until main screen displays.

Press and hold Program button for six seconds until Level 2 Programming displays.
-
Press Program button five times until Tech Mode displays. Then, enter code 11221122 using product buttons.

Press Info button five times to get to T‐21 Pumps and Valves.
-
Press Down Filter button two times to get to valves.

Do one of the following:
-
Toggle product button 6 for to open and close drain valve on full vats. Product button 6 on the right will illuminate.

Toggle product button 1 to open and close drain valve on split vats. Product button 1 on the left will illuminate.

Adjustments can be made to the cam lobes in between opening and closing the valve to get proper adjustment.
Remember a small adjustment can have large effect and to only adjust one cam lobe at a time.
Press and hold the Program button to exit Tech Mode.
