Replacing the Vacuum Switch

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

  1. Remove electrical power supplied to the unit.

  2. Loosen four screws on lower shroud and remove the lower back shroud.

  3. Using a crosshead screwdriver, remove the two screws securing switch to the frame.

  4. Disconnect the wires on the switch.

  5. Replace switch in reverse order.
