Replacing the Transformer

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

The transformer reduces the voltage down to accommodate those components with low voltage.

1. Remove electrical power supplied to the fryer.

2. Remove the control panel.

3. Disconnect the white box connector.

4. Remove the two screws securing transformer to the unit.

5. Remove transformer.

6. Install new transformer.

7. Use screws to secure transformer to unit.

8. Connect white box connector.

9. Attach the control panel.

10. Add power and unit is ready for use.
