Purpose
The F5 touch screen control panel provides an operator or technician the fryer's user interface (UI). The F5 control also stores cooking programs and settings for the fryer's operation. One control panel will be present per well which consists of a single full vat or dual split vats. All control panels are connected to the CAN bus fryer operations network. Each control panel has its own network address provided by the address jumper and saved in its configuration settings.
