Troubleshooting Connectivity
Accessing Network Information
Follow these instructions when a fryer stops transmitting data to and from the data center, or if the HENNYLINK™ portal stops working.

From the fryer's number one control (far left), tap Menu > Advanced > Network Setup > Network Information.

Verify the current network setup displays and is correct for the network environment.

Connection to the designated network for this dongle, this is the network name established by the network administrator. NOTE: it is possible that different fryer's are connected to different networks (LANs).

Signal strength: The closer the number is to 0 dBm, the stronger the signal.

Diagnosing Communication Issues
If a fryer stops communicating, do the following:

Reboot the number one vat control (far left). The control reboots.

Once the control reboots, tap Menu > Advanced > Network Setup > Network Information.

Do the following:

If the network connection works, note the network information on the work order for future referemce.

If the network connection doesn't work, or network information is missing, contact Technical Support.
