Repairing the CombiOven Door Seal

Overview

Can the seal between the metal door frame and the glass be repaired?

Procedure

1. Cut out the damaged the glue gasket material .

2. Thoroughly clean the seam area using cleaner part # MM303404.

3. Wipe surface off to make sure it is completely dry.

4. Apply glue part # MM303046 to the seem and use something smooth to wipe excess glue.

5. Using soapy water, rub over the glue to give a smooth finish. If possible, let it sit multiple hours to fully set.

   NOTE: If this seal has been damaged, also please inspect welds on the door to insure they have not been compromised, if they have been, please have a qualified welded tack weld the seams that have broken.
