Troubleshooting FPE CombiOven Without Heat, Error Message, or Voltage

Overview

A Flexfusion Platinum Electric (FPE) Combi Oven is not heating and presenting no error messages, and also is not sending coil voltage to the element solid state relays. It is possible the LOA activation is on in the Service Menu. It should be turned off.

Turning off LOA Activation

1. Turn the combi on.

2. Tap the "Appliance Functions" option.

3. Tap the "Settings" option.

4. Enter the Service Menu password - 1967.

5. Navigate to 6.14 LOA activation.

6. To change the setting, tap the "OK" button.

   This will automatically save the change and restart the software.

   To cancel the selection, touch the "Back" field.
