Replacing the Main Power Switch

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

Lower the control board.
Press on the switch from the inside of the fryer to release from the metal shroud.
Mark and disconnect the wires from the switch.
Connect the wires onto the new switch on the correct terminals.
Press back into factory location.
