Replacing the Filter Pump Motor Rollers

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |
The filter pump and filter motor must be separated for this procedure, see Replacing the Filter Pump Motor. The rollers inside the filter pump that creates the oil pressure, wear and require replacement. Replace the rollers by doing the following:

Remove the four screws attaching the cover to the filter pump, and then remove the cover.

Replace the five old rollers with the new rollers.

Replace the cover’s old o-ring with the new o-ring.

Install the cover using four screws on to the filter pump.
