Replacing the Blower Motor Capacitor
Required tools
crosshead screwdriver
1/2" socket
Required parts

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, disconnect power before installing or servicing equipment. A qualified technician must perform the service procedures. |

Remove electrical power to unit.

Using crosshead screwdriver, remove the side panel closest to the controls.

Disconnect wires from wire nuts.

Using a 1/2" socket, remove nut securing capacitor to bracket and remove capacitor.
-
Install new capacitor in reverse order.
