Troubleshooting the Temperature Inside Not Matching the Control

If the SCR is not reaching temperature inside the oven but displaying a much higher temperature on the screen, it may be due to lack of airflow. Heat can concentrate near the probe when there is a lack of proper airflow.

Let the rotisserie oven cool.
Check the temperature probe resistance.
Check the fan motor.
If fan motor is not moving, replace fan motor.
If fan motor is moving, ensure the fan wheel is attached.
